My approach is holistic, person-centred, where I work collaboratively with clients to explore how the mind, body, emotions, past experiences, and self-worth can shape us as individuals.

As a sex and relationship therapist, I recognise that sexual wellbeing can be influenced by so many aspects, and my goal is to help women view their desire and pleasure as a part of them and their life, not separate.

I aim to help support and empower you to achieve your desired outcome.

Session duration 50min - $110 (GST incl.)

Intimacy and Desire

As a woman, prioritising our pleasure and desires is not always at the top of our list. My goal is to help women prioritise their needs, wants, and desires, and in doing so, become more connected with their bodies.

I help women explore:

  • Low or mismatched desire

  • Difficulty with arousal or orgasm

  • Anxiety, shame, or avoidance

  • Painful related penetration - vaginismus

  • communication issues around sex, desire, and wants

  • Rebuilding intimacy after long periods without connection

Postpartum Support

Becoming a mother can profoundly change your relationship with your body, your identity, your partner, and your sense of intimacy. You may have experienced a shift in sexual desire, discomfort during sex, emotional disconnection, body image concerns, and relationship strain.

This is a time to reconnect with your body and allow yourself to desire and feel pleasure.

Mental Health and Overall Well-being

When women focus on themselves and become deeply connected mentally, emotionally, and physically, they allow space for desire, happiness, and pleasure to grow.

For some clients, focusing on their mental health, negative mindset, unwanted behaviour, poor communication, or a simple feeling of disconnect and unhappiness is step 1.
